Breakdown or Breakthrough? Spiritual Emergence
Sometimes it can be worrying and disturbing and confusing when we’re going through a spiritual emergence. For me, mine started back in 2008-2009 and I didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t have any context. It felt as if I didn’t have any support and I wish I had some context back then to help me through what is a spiritual emergence and an awakening.
It sometimes can feel like a breakdown or a meltdown but actually it is a hugely expansive experience to raise your consciousness, and start tuning into different levels of reality and dimensions and really becoming a multi-dimensional being, which is from my experience what we are here to be and to do.
I offer spiritual counselling sessions and we cover all sorts of things, including spiritual emergence, when people start waking up and having some realisations that reality is not how they thought it was.
I call these sanity checks, and people check in for reassurance about what is really going on for them. I give them some context of perhaps the wider galactic picture.
